Chapter 2

This summary is written by Jeraldin Morales Navarro and Caitlin Gilbert Nielsen Hurry Up Houdini describes the journey Jack and Annie go on when in Coney Island. In the begginning, Jack and Annie both land in Coney Island where the great Houdini was going to preform. Next,Jack and Annie went looking around and found the great Houdini's preformance booklet. Then, Jack and Annie were going to get their tickets but instead Annie wanted to go and do other (fun) things like eating and going on rides. Finally, Jack and Annie go on a boat/rollar coaster ride that goes down a slope while Jack screams and the chapter ends. Thats how Jack and Annie's journey begins.

    My favorite part of chapter 2 was when Jack and Annie went to get tickets for the Houdini show. First they went to get hot dogs, but didn't get the tickets. Then they went to get ice cream, and didn't get the tickets again. Finally, they went on a water ride. That was my favorite part of chapter two.

    Great summary I love carnivals, my favorite part is when they go on the roller coaster B.T.W I love roller coasters!!

    I liked that chapter a lot.Me and my brother read it to my mom and my sister(she does not go to maple.)We had a lot of fun!!

    My favorite part of the chapter is when Jack and Annie go on the little boat and Jack screams! That is the end of the chapter. by cole

    I love this book so far! I like the part was when Jack and Annie went down that water roller coaster. Me and my sister read page to page and my mom listened.It was so fun. The next chapter is called ''sold out'' so I think the tickets are going to be sold out. By: Blake

    My favorite part of chapter 2 was when Jack and Annie went to get hot dogs.Then went to get ice cream.Another was the boat that was on the water slide.Also Jack and Annie didn't get there tickets.This was my favorite part of chapter 2.

    hi Ms.Troha my mom and I were reading when Annie paid money for the ride. Jack did not want to go on the ride because he wants to see Houdini.

    My favorite parts were when the parade went by, when they wanted a hot dog, and she said no we need to get our tickets and when they got ice cream . Tyshani
